Since today is Monday, and a day to dedicate to some tasty meatless meals, I found it appropriate to find you all a way to easily grow the most nutritious veggies, right in your own backyard! Spring is on it’s way, and what a better way to help the environment, and your health, by growing wholesome vegetables in your very own garden. Not only is gardening an incredibly relaxing pastime, reaping the benefits a few months from now with your own fresh veggies is totally worth it!
Don’t be discouraged if you don’t have extra room for a backyard garden– all these veggies can be grown in containers as well.
